If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address cannot be accessed, the carrier may:

- Hold the package at a designated collection point;
- Return the package to the sender.
If a package is returned to Loewle due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
8. Shipping Address Changes
Shipping address changes can only be requested before your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be modified.
